Construction Operations Coordinator (CEO Support + Project Execution)

📍 Sunnyvale, CA - In-Office position• $32–$35/hour based on experienceIdeal for someone with construction coordination or project assistant experience ready to step into a higher-impact role.This is not an administrative role.We are looking for a proactive, high-performing operations-driven professional who can take ownership, think ahead, and help drive our projects and business forward.Join a well-established construction company where you’ll work directly with leadership, gain real responsibility, and play a key role in both project execution and day-to-day operations.This is an on-site, full time positionYour ImpactYou will be the operational backbone of the company - ensuring leads are followed up, bids are moving, vendors are aligned, and projects stay on track.Responsibilities include (but not limited to):• Own lead and estimates follow-up to help convert opportunities into projects• Assist with bid preparation, takeoffs support, and estimating data entry• Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, timelines, and job details• Submit and track bids and proposals from start to finish• Perform daily follow-ups on job progress to keep projects moving• Open city permits and submit requests for Title 24 compliance• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution• Provide high-level operational and organizational support to the CEO and team• Perform related duties within your scope to support business operationsWhat we are looking for:• Strong executor - someone who gets things done without constant follow-up• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities• Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Experience in construction, project coordination, or operations is a strong plus• Ability to read plans is a plus• HR or people-operations exposure is a plusCompensation & Growth:• $32–$35/hour based on experience• Clear path for growth and increased responsibility• Long-term opportunity for the right personOption to enroll in Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceAccess to CalSavers retirement savings plan
