This position supports production operations by improving process capability, reducing variation, enhancing product performance, and ensuring compliance with automotive customer specifications and quality management system requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide daily technical support to small press production operations.\n\nLead process capability studies and process control improvements.\n\nSupport new product and process qualifications.\n\nLead investigations of customer complaints and nonconformances using 8D,\n\n5 Why and Root Cause Analysis.\n\nSupport APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and Control Plan activities.\n\nDrive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects.\n\nSupport IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Engineering,or related field.\n\nMinimum 2 years manufacturing experience.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\n\nThis position requires significant experience on factory floor where PPE is required.
