Our CycleBar Experience Associate delivers the CycleBar experience and helps drive daily sales.\nExcellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required\nMust have genuine hospitality and passion for people\nPossess leadership ability\nProactive problem solver\nGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail\nAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software system\nMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines\nMust have proficient computer skills\nMust have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning and weekend availability\nMust be able and willing to move bikes, and perform minor bike maintenance\nMust be willing to clean CycleTheater, Bathrooms, Lobby, etc.\nMust be able to lift up to 50lbs\n:\n1 year in a supervisory role\n1 year in a sales role\nPreferred Prior Fitness Front Desk Sales experience\nLead generation\nAssist GM with sourcing grassroots marketing and networking events\nAttend (and execute) at local grassroots marketing and networking events\nAssist with planning and preparation for grassroots events\nSupport social and promotional campaigns\nSales Execution\nContact prospects/leads to schedule classes\nConduct in person sales and lead follow up\nConduct lead follow up and sales outreach\nConvert leads/prospects into active members via outbound sales strategies on ClubReady\nIncrease membership referrals, renewals, and retention\nTeam Leadership\nBuild a strong relationship with members via face-to-face service, phone and email\nCreate a welcoming and engaging studio environment\nHelp manage a team of Lead CBXs, and CBXs in studio\nManage staff schedule as directed by the General Manager\nSupport the hiring and onboarding process\nLead evening/daily sales processes and activities\nSupervise Sales Representatives\nOperations and Studio Management\nOversee day to day studio operations including cleanliness and the sales process\nMaintain studio opening and closing procedures\nEnforce policies and procedures relating to customers\nEnsure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible\nAttend in studio events\nExecute light Operational duties such as: ordering supplies, scheduling staff, aid with social media and anything else the General Manager sees fit\nUtilize studio software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and account management\nAny other duties as assigned\nRide for free at ANY time when there is a bike available!\nLeave the stuffy clothes behind, it’s all leggings and shorts here!\nWork a non-traditional structured schedule!\nLet your voice be heard!
