Closing Lead – Peach Cobbler Factory Richardson, TX | Part-Time | $13–15/hr + Tips Lead evening operations for a high-volume dessert shop. You'll run the shift from 5pm to close (midnight Sun–Thu, 1am Fri–Sat), managing kitchen production, guest service, and team execution. This role requires ownership, consistency, and the ability to handle everything from customer issues to labor management. What You'll Do: Manage kitchen operations: keep lines stocked, complete orders, handle prep and baking Resolve guest service issues on the spot (up to $20 comp authority) Delegate tasks and manage labor cuts based on volume Complete daily counts, closing checklists, and shift logs Train team members on line operations and product standards Ensure store is clean, organized, and ready for next shift Who This Role Is For: 1–2 years food service experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred Comfortable making real-time decisions without manager oversight Reliable, punctual, and able to work 5 nights per week Strong with multitasking, product rotation, inventory awareness, and cleanliness standards Can handle rushes, resolve complaints, and keep the team moving Success in 90 Days: Independently manage closing shifts with minimal manager support Complete all closing tasks and checklists accurately and on time Maintain guest service standards and product quality during peak volume Demonstrate strong labor management and delegation skills Evening availability required (Sun–Sat).
