Join us at Jefferson, where your career becomes a journey of continuous advancement, and your talents find the platform they deserve.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProvide expert instruction and technical guidance on DoD Collateral Damage Estimation methodology.\nSupport development, maintenance, standardization, and distribution of CDE qualification courseware and testing materials.\nAssist with qualification of CDE instructors and standardization instructors.\nSupport annual CDE curriculum reviews.\nMaintain or support CDE qualification and instructor registries.\nCoordinate with Joint Staff targeting personnel, Service organizations, Combatant Commands, and subordinate CDE programs.\nParticipate in audits and accreditation reviews of Service and Combatant Command CDE qualification programs.\nDevelop reports, studies, position papers, recommendations, and fact sheets.\nParticipate in Joint targeting conferences, working groups, curriculum reviews, and doctrine-development activities.\nApply adult-learning and ISD principles to technical CDE instruction.\nThe Government requires expert knowledge of collateral-damage methodology, precedent, procedures, and regulations, plus strong understanding of the Joint Targeting Cycle and Joint Planning Process.\nRequired Qualifications\nGraduate of the DoD Collateral Damage Estimation Qualification Course.\nExpert knowledge of DoD/Joint Staff collateral-damage methodology.\nIn-depth understanding of the Joint Targeting Cycle.\nComprehensive understanding of employment of military forces in the joint environment.\nFamiliarity with Joint Targeting and Joint Planning organizations and processes.\nAbility to develop and maintain courseware, testing products, technical reports, briefings, and recommendations.\nFamiliarity with Instructional Systems Design.\nStrong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.\nU.S. citizenship.\nActive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility/access.\n\nHighly Desired\nPrior experience conducting CDE.\nPrevious experience managing a CDE program.\nPrior JTS or Service/CCMD CDE instructor experience.\nExperience conducting CDE standardization or accreditation visits.\nExperience supporting Joint Staff targeting organizations.\n,\nAbout Jefferson Solutions Group\n\nJefferson Solutions Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
