Apply to this 1st shift Assembler role today!\r\nAssembler Responsibilities:\r\nCollaborate with Design and Engineering to clarify requirements and ensure production and aesthetic standards are met for each project\r\nComplete standard and routine production tasks in accordance with established procedures and timelines\r\nPerform quality control tests as required to verify product compliance with specifications\r\nEnsure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of production orders\r\nAssemble fabricated cabinets using pre-cut and kitted wood components, following established assembly procedures and quality standards\r\nPerform additional finishing tasks, including sanding, installing drawers, and fitting hardware\r\nUtilize adhesives, fasteners, clamps, and other assembly tools to securely join and fit components during the construction process\r\nInterpret and apply specifications, drawings, and product detail sheets to execute assigned work accurately\r\nRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy throughout the assembly process\r\nOperate woodworking machinery to produce finished edges and to bore or route holes required for fasteners and structural components\r\nUtilize all required Personal Protective Equipment\r\nVerify measurements to ensure final products align with order specifications\r\nPerform precision inlay work for metal fit and showcase/display assemblies involving integrated materials such as glass, fabric, and LED lighting\r\nEnsure all materials are properly staged and prepared in accordance with project specifications\r\nMaintain accurate and up to date inventory records for all materials and supplies\r\nMaintain all equipment by executing preventive maintenance tasks and following manufacturer operating and care guidelines\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to established housekeeping and safety procedures\r\nQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
