Site Director - Full/Part TimeM-F (6:30 am-8:30 am and/or 2:00 pm-6:00 pm)Location: Kruse Elementary School, 4400 Mcmurry Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525Ready to lead with purpose?AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll lead a meaningful before and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're Looking For An Early Learning Professional WhoEnjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentFeels confident taking the lead and running a smooth programTakes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experienceTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn This Role, You WillManage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentationOversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectationsBuild a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standardsMake child safety the top priority at all timesMaintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspectionsTrack and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirementsSupervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are metRepresent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community eventsBuild strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student successRequirementsHere's what you'll need:Must meet one of the following qualifications per CO licensing regulations:completed a bachelor's degree (in a related field, such as recreation, outdoor education, elementary or early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field)2 years of college education and 6 months (910 hours) of *satisfactory and verifiable experience3 years of *satisfactory and verifiable experience, along with 6+ semester hours or college education, OR 40 clock hours of training in coursework applicable to school-age children.
