This role is responsible for calculating, analyzing, and processing sales commission payments in accordance with established plans and policies. The Commission Analyst will review sales data, validate transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate commission records. Day-to-day tasks include preparing commission reports, collaborating with sales, finance, and accounting teams to resolve issues, and providing clear explanations of commission outcomes to internal stakeholders.
