End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

CTG is seeking to fill an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer position for our client. This is an opportunity supporting enterprise endpoint engineering and AI enablement initiatives within a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in endpoint management, desktop engineering, application packaging, and modern device management technologies across Windows and macOS platforms. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the EUC and AI teams, supporting the deployment, configuration, and optimization of enterprise AI tools and desktop-level AI environments. Location: New York, NY Duration: 7 months Key Responsibilities: Lead endpoint engineering and deployment efforts for enterprise AI tools and applications Package, configure, deploy, and support applications using SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, MDT, and related technologies Support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments, including endpoint security and compliance initiatives Partner with AI, infrastructure, and security teams to establish scalable and secure endpoint standards Automate endpoint management and deployment processes using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, and Group Policy configurations Troubleshoot complex endpoint and deployment-related issues Develop operational documentation, deployment metrics, and process improvements Required Qualifications: 8+ years of End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Engineering experience Strong expertise in SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, MDT, and enterprise application packaging Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Autopilot, and modern device management Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Interest in and exposure to enterprise AI tools and endpoint AI enablement Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries Familiarity with Ubuntu, Munki, and advanced macOS enterprise management Experience with AI coding assistants, LLM-based tools, or AI development environments Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified Tech/Admin, or ITIL Foundation Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
