The selected candidates will support end users through the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and enterprise endpoint infrastructure.\n\nThis position supports Enterprise Endpoint Infrastructure Management (EEIM) initiatives and provides Tier II/Tier III technical support to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations. The Deskside Support Analyst will work closely with systems administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity teams, and end users to resolve technical issues, maintain endpoint compliance, and support enterprise service delivery objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide deskside and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.\nAnalyze, test, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.\nInstall, configure, image, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems and enterprise endpoint devices.\nSupport software deployment, application installation, upgrades, updates, and patch management activities.\nMonitor endpoint health and compliance using enterprise management and monitoring tools.\nPerform root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting for complex desktop and endpoint issues.\nTroubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and Internet connectivity issues.\nSupport device lifecycle management activities, including inventory control, refresh efforts, provisioning, and equipment disposal.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.\nUtilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution activities.\nSupport configuration management and enterprise change management processes.\nCoordinate with network, cybersecurity, and systems administration teams to resolve enterprise technical issues.\nEnsure compliance with government security requirements and organizational policies.\nProvide exceptional customer service and technical support to end users in a mission-critical environment.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of enterprise endpoint management concepts and technologies.\nExperience supporting Windows desktop operating systems and enterprise endpoint environments.\nExperience with software deployment, patch management, endpoint monitoring, and device lifecycle management.\nKnowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, and enterprise networking fundamentals.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management solutions.\nUnderstanding of configuration management principles and enterprise change control processes.\nKnowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and incident management procedures.\nAbility to troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience\n4 to 7 years of relevant experience supporting desktop systems, endpoint infrastructure, network operations, or enterprise IT environments.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise user environments.\nExperience diagnosing and resolving endpoint, application, and network connectivity issues.\nExperience utilizing ticketing systems and IT service management tools.\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\n\nSubstitutions:\n\nAssociate's Degree plus two (2) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree.\nFour (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal Government environments.\nExperience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, and Office 365.\nKnowledge of endpoint security technologies and cybersecurity best practices.\nExperience supporting
