Property Caretaker / Maintenance QualificationsOne year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairsWork independently with minimal supervision.Effective communicate orally and in writing.Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individualsAvailability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
