We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.\n\nAs a Manager, Warehouse in Last Mile at RXO, you will oversee operations in the warehouse and ensure that the warehouse is accessible and safe for all employees and customers.\n\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nManage and direct shipping and receiving, load and unload trucks and vehicles, check merchandise and match sales orders\nReview customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and/or requisitions to determine items and merchandise to be moved, gathered, delivered or shipped\nEnsure merchandise items are marked with the correct identifying information using client-specific documentation methods\nMaintain an accurate listing and count of physical inventory\nEnsure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic; coordinate necessary maintenance tasks\nPrioritize regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame\nWhat you’ll need to excel:\nAt a minimum, you’ll need:\n4 years of experience in supervisory role in a warehouse environment\nExperience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)\nIt’d be great if you also have:\nAssociate degree or bachelor’s degree\nAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends\nStrong business focus with demonstrated ability to act in partnership with management teams\nExperience identifying opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources; able to develop, recommend and implement solutions\nThis job requires the ability to:\nLift up to 50 lbs.\nStand for extended periods of time\n\nIn this role, you’ll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.
