We take pride in our craftsmanship, integrity, and teamwork — and in creating a respectful, family-oriented workplace where people grow and succeed.We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager / ERP Systems Administrator to lead technology strategy, manage our ERP system, and keep our IT infrastructure running efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, optimize, and train users on the company ERP system.Manage networks, servers, user accounts, and cybersecurity.Oversee hardware, software, data backups, and disaster recovery.Coordinate with outside IT vendors for cloud and server management.Lead technology projects including automation, AI, and data analytics.Develop SOPs and documentation for IT and ERP processes. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years in IT management or systems administration (manufacturing preferred).Strong ERP experience — implementation, training, and optimization.Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and hardware management.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
