Join The Pasha Group as a Benefits Specialist, where you will support enterprise-wide benefits programs that directly impact employee wellbeing and organizational success.In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support for employee benefit and retirement programs while ensuring accurate enrollments, timely processing, and compliance with plan guidelines and regulations. You will collaborate closely with employees, Payroll, HR teams, brokers, and vendors to support benefits administration, resolve enrollment issues, and enhance the employee experience. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where customer service, organization, attention to detail, and employee support are at the center of daily operations.Support Benefits Administration, Enrollment & Employee ExperienceHelp deliver accurate, timely, and employee-focused benefits support across the organization.Process Benefit Transactions: Enter, review, and complete employee benefit elections and status changes within HR and vendor systemsSupport Enrollment Activities: Assist with new hire enrollments, open enrollment periods, and qualifying life event changesCommunicate Benefits Information: Provide employees with timely and accurate information regarding eligibility, enrollment, and benefit plan optionsDistribute Benefits Materials: Maintain and update benefits documents, resources, and employee communicationsCoordinate Issue Resolution: Partner with vendors, brokers, Payroll, and employees to resolve enrollment and eligibility concernsSupport Wellness Programs: Assist with wellness initiatives, employee wellbeing programs, and volunteer time off (VTO) activitiesDrive Accuracy, Compliance & Benefits OperationsEnsure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficient benefits administration processes.Maintain Data Accuracy: Review and validate benefits data across multiple systems to ensure compliance with plan rules and eligibility guidelinesCoordinate Payroll Transactions: Support benefit-related payroll deductions, remittances, and wage-related benefit transactionsSupport Compliance Activities: Assist with audits, filings, notices, reporting requirements, and retirement plan compliance processesPrepare Reports & Audit Data: Generate census data, audit reports, and supporting documentation for plan renewals and implementationsProtect Confidential Information: Handle sensitive employee information responsibly while maintaining HIPAA compliance standardsMaintain Program Documentation: Compile and manage accurate participant records, reporting files, and benefits-related documentationCollaborate, Support & Improve Employee ProgramsPartner across teams to support operational efficiency and positive employee experiences.Provide Employee Support: Deliver responsive customer service to employees and leaders across multiple business unitsPartner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Payroll, HR teams, brokers, vendors, and external partners on benefits administration activitiesSupport Team Initiatives: Assist with team events, communications, and department projectsDrive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve benefits workflows, communication processes, and administrative efficiencyPromote Employee Wellbeing: Help coordinate programs and initiatives that support employee health and engagementPromote The Pasha Way: Support a culture grounded in Excellence, Honesty & Integrity, Innovation, and TeamworkWhat You BringYou combine strong organizational skills with benefits administration knowledge and a passion for employee support.High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or related coursework preferred2+ years of experience in employee benefits and retirement plan administrationExperience supporting multi-state and/or union benefit environments preferredUnderstanding of employee benefit plans, eligibility processes, and compliance requirementsExperience with HRIS and/or benefits administration systemsIntermediate Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsCEBS, CBP, or related certification preferredYour StrengthsYou are organized, service-oriented, and committed to operational accuracy.Strong attention to detail with focus on data integrity and complianceExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and organizational capabilitiesAbility to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficientlyStrong understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA requirementsCommitted to modeling The Pasha Way: Excellence, Honesty & Integrity, Innovation, and TeamworkWhy You'll Love Working at The Pasha GroupThis role plays an important part in supporting employee wellbeing and ensuring employees have access to the benefits resources they need throughout their career journey.
