All Berkeley homes are created with care, expertise and relentless attention to detail.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\nWe are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the project team at Bath Gasworks – a landmark brownfield regeneration delivering 600 new homes, alongside potential additional social housing, a restaurant, café and nursery.\n\nDelivered across a minimum of four phases, with the overall programme extending through to Autumn 2030.\n\nThis is not a maintenance scheme or a late‑stage commercial role.
