Required Skills & Experience:Deep understanding of ReactJS, including state management (Hooks, Redux, Context API), component lifecycle, and performance optimization.Strong proficiency in Spring Boot / Java 11, with experience in both microservices and monolithic architectures.Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs with database integration (SQL & NoSQL).Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure, GCP considered) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Proficiency with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, React Testing Library, Jest, Cypress/Selenium).Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and build tools (Maven, npm).Knowledge of enterprise software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
