{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a51387a7edd1452785b7bffc","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a51387a7edd1452785b7bffc","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a51387a7edd1452785b7bffc","title":"Customer Service","description":"*PriorityWorkforce is hiring!*\n\n*We are offering Part-time, weekly pay and temp-to-hire job opportunities!*\n\nWe are a Meat company, hiring for Customer Service in the city of Commerce, CA!\n\n*Job title*: Customer Service\n\n*Job location: *Commerce, Ca\n\n*Schedule*: Monday to Friday\n\n* *1st shift*: 8:00am - 5:00pm\n\n*Pay rate*: $19.00 - $20.00\n\n*Job Description:*\n\n* Represents the first point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products and scheduling, takes orders and cancels accounts.\n* Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.\n* Serves as liaison between customers and various departments.\n* Resolves customers request, questions and complaints and keeps records of customer interaction and transactions and action taken\n* Checks to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.\n* Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.\n* Administers telephone calls to new or existing customers to generate sales of new products.\n* Assists in order entry.\n* Assists at the will call window.\n* May, at times, contact customers to collect payments.\n* Processes orders, billing and invoices for products that will be delivered the next day.\n* Checks “Pinks” for orders that went out that day; when the person in charge is not in.\n* May have to do “posting” at times.\n* Obtains and examines all relevant information in order to assess validity of complaint and determines possible cause.\n* Conducts data entry into the system to be billed.\n* Compares disputed product with original requisition and information from invoices, and prepares invoices for returned goods.\n* Recommends improvements in service or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems.\n* Answers telephones and takes orders.\n* Transfers orders on to Sterling work orders from fax or phone.\n* Conducts price changes, and faxes them to customers.\n* Will at times set appointments for deliveries and pick-ups.\n* Receives all Sterling and other drivers – gathers invoices, c.o.d, cash and return product\n* This is the employee’s primary duties, other duties may be assigned.\n\n*All new hires must complete a PW Employment Application at www.priorityworkforce.com*\n\nPay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour\n\nBenefits:\n* Dental insurance\n* Health insurance\n* Vision insurance\n\nExperience:\n* Customer Service: 1 year (Required)\n* Food manufacture: 1 year (Required)\n\nLanguage:\n* Must be bilingual;
