If you answered yes, we encourage you to apply for a Full-Time position in our Day Program!\nOur Day Programs are all about helping our members:\nCreate and complete fun, engaging activities together, either in-house or community-based, that encourages their independence and skill-building.\nAnd, participate in fun activities like:\nJoining a local cooking class in order to help teach independent living skills.\nTeaching money management skills by community-based budgeting & spending opportunities.\nExploring the member's interests and strengths, such as photography, fitness, or the arts and theatre.\nVolunteering locally to promote community involvement.\nActivity-based group outings like bowling, or going to the park, or a local community event.\nEducate members on how to advocate for themselves while providing the support they need to make decisions.\nThe person in this position will report to, and work closely with the Program Manager. COVID protocols and policies are in place to protect both our employees as well as the people we support.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma and experience in a related field.\nMust be able to complete a pre-employment Criminal Background Report and Drug Screen.\nAbility to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.\nHave a Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation.\nIntermediate computer skills are required.
