PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT LEADER
Tim Lai ArchitecT (TLA) is seeking an experienced architect to join our growing practice. We are looking for individuals who are thoughtful, technically capable, and eager to take initiative in both project leadership and professional growth.This role is intended for architects with 7 or more years of professional experience who can manage projects independently and are ready to grow into leading more complex work, mentoring teams, and building long-term client relationships.We are less interested in rigid titles and more interested in people with strong judgment, accountability, curiosity, initiative, and the drive to continuously improve.About TLAAt TLA, we believe architecture should be beautiful, functional, and contextual.
