This role is looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about the development, design, and production of our marketing materials. They will be responsible for managing the pre and post-production for print and web-based projects/advertisements and possess a great sense of direction as well as great attention to detail.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nCreate visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, and website content, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.\nWork closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, research necessary information and materials, and develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives, while also capable of creating solo projects.\nMaintain and enhance the company’s brand visual identity across all design projects, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.\nDevelop and edit multimedia contents, such as videos and animations, for use in digital marketing campaigns and presentations.\nStay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve the quality and creativity of design outputs.\nManage the design process from concept to completion, including revisions and final approvals.
