Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Santa Ana, CA, for a Medical Sales Representative. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible calling patients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include presenting the ProMedix® product portfolio to prospective clients, providing ongoing support to existing customers, and staying informed about industry trends and competitive products. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of healthcare and medical solutions. 1. Patient Engagement & Onboarding Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective patients and provider referrals. Build rapport over the phone, explain program benefits (RPM, CCM, CoCM), and address patient questions or hesitations. Guide patients through consent forms, device agreements, and enrollment steps. Coordinate white-glove onboarding including device delivery or telehealth activation. 2. Telesales & Conversion Persuasively communicate the clinical and lifestyle benefits of ProMedix programs to drive enrollment. Overcome objections using empathy and relationship-building skills. Implement multi-touch follow-up strategies (calls, texts, emails) for undecided patients. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telesales KPIs (call volume, enrollment conversions, follow-ups). 3. Provider Collaboration Partner with physicians, clinic staff, and referral teams to identify eligible patients. Participate in provider huddles to align on outreach strategies. Advocate for the value of care coordination and support provider adoption of ProMedix programs. 4. Documentation & Compliance Accurately document patient interactions, enrollment outcomes, and call results in CRM and EMR systems. Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, HIPAA, and ProMedix Health policies. Submit weekly sales activity reports to leadership and participate in QA audits. Preferred: Prior experience selling or enrolling patients . Background in medical telesales, patient outreach, or health insurance sales. Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) a plus. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Medical Sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships 1–3 years of experience in telesales, call center sales, or healthcare program enrollment. Strong communication and telephone sales skills with a proven record of meeting quotas. Knowledge of healthcare practices, Medicare programs, or medical terminology. Proficiency in CRM software, call-center systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Highly organized, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and navigate the medical sales landscape Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare solutions, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), or Chronic Care Management (CCM) is a plus.
