This role monitors credit market conditions and evaluates funding alternatives to support optimal transaction execution. This role manages deal execution, transaction closing activities, and oversees ongoing reporting and compliance for securitization programs. In addition, this role maintains relationships with banking partners and supports investor engagement efforts, while providing day‑day oversight of direct report(s). What You Will Do Structured Finance Transaction Execution Lead execution of ABS transactions by managing structuring, offering material preparation, modeling, pricing, and closing activities. Partner with internal teams and external parties (underwriters, rating agencies, trustees) to coordinate transaction execution. Analyze collateral pools, cash flow models, and deal structures to support efficient and sustainable securitization issuance. Manage transaction timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution with guidance from senior leadership. Monitor ABS market conditions, benchmark rates, and investor demand to inform issuance timing and structure. Support development of issuance strategies by evaluating cost of funds, collateral performance, and funding capacity. Research structural alternatives to optimize funding platforms based on current market conditions and evolving funding needs. Track market trends specific to auto finance (delinquencies, losses, prepayments, residual values) and incorporate into analysis. Support investor outreach efforts, including analysis of portfolio performance, material preparation, and meeting participation. Reporting, Compliance & Program Administration Partner with Treasury Data Team to ensure completeness and accuracy of servicer reports for ABS transactions and warehouse facilities. Ensure compliance with transaction covenants, manage due diligence requests, and oversee annual program audits. Coordinate internal and external reporting deliverables, including executive reports and lender or rating agency data requests. Identify and elevate reporting, compliance, or data integrity issues. Seek process improvement opportunities in reporting and securitization workflows. People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals. Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in capital markets, structured finance, securitization, or investment banking. 0-2 years supervisory experience or leading projects. Direct experience with ABS transactions or conduit facility management (auto asset class preferred). Experience in consumer lending, auto finance, captive finance, or financial services environments preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. MBA or CFA preferred. Understanding of securitization structures, cash flow mechanics, and credit enhancement features. Ability to analyze and forecast collateral performance and evaluate funding structures. Knowledge of interest rates, credit spreads, drivers of investor demand, and market dynamics impacting funding execution. Ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage internal stakeholders and external partners (banks, investors, rating agencies). Ability to successfully manage, train, develop and mentor direct reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
