This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing materials, supporting production teams, and ensuring products and supplies are properly tracked throughout the facility.\r\nThe ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. While cannabis industry experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right individual who has a strong background in inventory, logistics, warehouse operations, or retail backroom management.\r\nEssential Responsibilities\r\nInventory Control\r\nReceive, count, sort, and organize incoming inventory, packaging materials, and production supplies.\r\nMaintain accurate inventory records and update inventory management systems.\r\nVerify inventory quantities and ensure products are properly labeled and stored.\r\nMonitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or supply needs to management.\r\nWarehouse Operations\r\nOrganize warehouse storage areas for maximum efficiency and accessibility.\r\nStage materials for production, packaging, and shipping departments.\r\nAssist with receiving shipments, transfers, and outbound orders.\r\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.\r\nInventory Auditing & Accuracy\r\nPerform routine cycle counts and assist with scheduled inventory audits.\r\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.\r\nEnsure physical inventory matches inventory records.\r\nAssist with inventory reconciliation and reporting.\r\nCompliance & Documentation\r\nMaintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions and product movements.\r\nFollow all company SOPs related to inventory handling, storage, and documentation.\r\nSupport internal compliance initiatives by ensuring products are properly organized and traceable.\r\nAssist with inventory documentation required for audits and operational reporting.\r\nTeam Collaboration\r\nWork closely with production, packaging, shipping, and operations teams to support daily workflow.\r\nCommunicate inventory concerns, damaged materials, or discrepancies promptly.\r\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that increase warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nPrevious experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or retail backroom operations.\r\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\r\nComfortable using computers for inventory tracking and data entry.\r\nExperience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.\r\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.\r\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\r\nPreferred\r\nExperience using ERP, warehouse management, or inventory software.\r\nBackground in food manufacturing, distribution, retail inventory, or regulated production environments.\r\nCannabis industry experience is preferred but not required.
