Role Summary We are seeking a Supervisor, IT Infrastructure / Network Engineer to lead and execute critical infrastructure and cloud initiatives across a global environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing team oversight with deep technical contributions to network engineering and Azure cloud transformation efforts. In this role, you will drive projects such as standardizing network infrastructure on Cisco Meraki and migrating on-prem environments to Azure. You will lead a small team while actively designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable network and cloud solutions that support ongoing acquisitions and global operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to infrastructure and network engineering projects, including Azure cloud migrations and Meraki standardizationDesign, implement, and manage Azure-based services, including virtual networks, VMs, storage, firewalls, and VPN gatewaysConfigure and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocolsOversee hybrid cloud environments, including Azure AD, Entra ID, and identity management with Azure AD ConnectManage and mentor a team of engineers, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical executionSupport integration efforts for newly acquired companies, aligning infrastructure with enterprise standardsEnsure network security and governance across global environments, with attention to compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC)Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver infrastructure solutions on time and within scopeTroubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholdersKey Requirements5-8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cloud engineering roles2-3 years of leadership experience managing engineers in a technical environmentStrong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), including design, implementation, and operationsExpertise in Azure networking, hybrid cloud architecture, governance, and securityProven experience migrating on-prem environments to Azure, including multi-region deploymentsExperience with Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR) and enterprise network configurationsStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP routing, VPNs, firewalls, LAN/WANExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting global infrastructure environmentsFamiliarity with CMMC or government-regulated environmentsBackground in acquisition-driven organizations or large-scale integrationsCall to Action If you're a hands-on infrastructure leader with a passion for cloud transformation and global network design, we encourage you to apply.
