You will play an important role in helping individuals build life skills, achieve personal goals, and remain active in their communities while being part of a supportive and mission driven team.\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide hands on support with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, dressing, and mobility\nAssist with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and medication reminders as needed\nSupport individuals in developing independent living skills such as budgeting, communication, and meal planning\nProvide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community outings\nEncourage participation in social, recreational, and volunteer activities such as fitness, crafts, Special Olympics, and community events\nImplement behavioral support strategies and use de escalation techniques when needed\nCollaborate with nurses, behaviorists, nutritionists, and other clinical team members to provide well rounded care\nAssist with goal planning, progress tracking, and skill development\nMaintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and daily activities\nWhat You Will Need\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation\nWillingness to learn with no prior experience required.
