Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field3+ years of experience implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) in a manufacturing environmentProven ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects with measurable resultsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of the organizationCertification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) Bonus QualificationsExperience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics) in a manufacturing context.Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Proficient in data analytics tools and visualization (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience with change management methodologies and leading cultural transformation initiatives.
