We are currently looking for associates to join our production teams to support our variety of customers. Machine operator positions include the extrusion production line and/or material handling. The ideal candidate will ensure the finished package meets the highest level of quality and our customer expectations. We are willing to train all applicants on all tasks.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nAccomplish the duties of the job utilizing safe work habits and maintaining a safe workplace\nRequired to assist operator during change over’s\nCompletion of paperwork and duties in a timely, organized, and accurate manner\nMust be able to read and understand shop orders\nCommunicate with operator and shift lead\nPerform and maintain clean lines in the manufacturing area and equipment\nOperate forklifts as required\nReceive any additional direction from operator/shift lead\nCompetency in plant operator positions.\nSupports the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the company\nA focus on keeping a clean, safe work environment\nWillingness to work 12-hour shifts preferred\nMay be required to perform duties not specifically listed above, the listed duties are subject to be changed at any time, as deemed necessary to support the business.\nRequirements\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nMust have basic skills on use of computers: MS Office, Windows, SAP experience is a plus.\nAbility to effectively work in a team environment with good communication skills.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organization skills and self-starter motivation\nAbility to train and support others on the team to build a proficient team across all shifts.\nPre-employment drug screening required.\nBackground check required.\nPlastic extrusion experience is a plus, but previous experience is not required.\nBenefits\nWe offer competitive salary, incentive, and benefit programs.
