Production Supervisor - 3rd ShiftOur Maumelle, AR facility is seeking a Production Supervisor to support our 3rd shift assembly crew. This role will provide principled leadership for production activities, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations for quality, delivery, and service.Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, operates our Maumelle, AR facility, providing comprehensive innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the medical, pharmaceutical, and diagnostics industries. Our Maumelle site specializes in producing high-quality medical devices and components, ensuring excellence in every step from concept to commercialization.Lead and manage production staff by overseeing performance, discipline, hiring, career development, communication, goal alignment, administrative tasks, and maintaining trust and confidentialityDemonstrate leadership ability and foresight to plan and delegate work in advanceOrganize and coordinate activities within the manufacturing operation to meet or exceed the facility and corporate goalsEnsure quality procedures are executed and quality parts are produced and delivered on time that meets customer specificationsProject staffing for daily and future production needsCoach and facilitate problem solving among production staffPromote continuous improvement involvement along with timely completion of all corrective actions assignedConsistently monitor machinery, processes, tools, and work cell layouts to recommend improvements that yield increases in profit and quality levels and decreases potential safety hazardsCreate an environment of accountability on the production floorWork directly with Production Operators, Quality and other support departments by addressing issues as they arisePromote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards and encouraging safe practices among all team members1+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP systems (i.e., SAP)Experience with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE)Bachelor's DegreeLean manufacturing experienceExperience in a medical manufacturing environmentExperience using Microsoft OfficeExperience working with Kronos for timekeepingAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
