This role is focused on developing high-quality graphics, motion assets, 3D visuals, website animations, and dynamic brand experiences. We value the quality of your work, your creative thinking, and your ability to transform original concepts into polished, engaging visuals above years of experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign premium website graphics, motion assets, marketing creatives, and brand visuals from concept through polished execution\nCreate high-quality 3D animations and dynamic visual elements for websites, campaigns, and digital experiences\nAdd motion and depth to static graphics, making visuals feel more engaging, memorable, and alive\nDevelop motion-friendly website assets, including scroll-based animations and interactive visual concepts\nIdeate and execute original, out-of-the-box concepts for marketing ads and brand campaigns\nUse Figma to create polished layouts, visual concepts, prototypes, and design-ready assets\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative ideas into seamless digital experiences\nApply strong typography, layout, color, composition, and modern web design principles\nIterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of visual quality\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nStrong portfolio showcasing premium visual design, motion, 3D, website animations, and marketing asset work\nExperience creating high-quality graphics and motion assets for websites, digital products, or marketing campaigns\nExperience developing motion-friendly website visuals, including scroll-based animations and interactive visual elements\nExperience creating high-quality 3D assets and animations using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools\nExperience with motion tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or similar\nComfortable working in Figma for visual design, UI layouts, and prototyping\nGood understanding of UI/UX principles and how visual design supports intuitive digital experiences\nAbility to ideate original graphic concepts and execute them at a high-quality level\nStrong visual storytelling skills, creativity, and attention to detail\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nIllustration skills or experience developing custom graphic elements\nFamiliarity with branding, digital marketing, and conversion-focused ad creatives\nExperience creating visual assets across multiple formats, campaigns, or brand touchpoints\n\nCompensation & Benefits Notice\nThe national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $180,000 –$200,000 USD.
