We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces.\nJob Summary\nPerforms the most technical and complex duties involved in the maintenance and repair of diesel engines and gasoline and diesel driven material handling and construction equipment such as 50 Ton hydraulic cranes, container handlers, 10k forklifts, tractors, power shovels, road machinery, air compressors, concrete mixers and other engine driven or towed construction equipment.\nTrouble shoot and repair to MVAC system.\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds.\nPerforms operator, intermediate and limited major rebuild levels of maintenance which includes spot painting.\nProvides technical assistance, guidance, or training to lower level mechanics and assists higher level mechanics.\nPerforms other tasks as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh school graduate or equivalent.\nSix years of directly related work experience.\nComplete the Basic Engineer Program Mechanics Course, or equivalent.\nComplete MVAC course and hold a valid certificate.\nMust have valid state driver license and able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary.\nAbility to use technical manuals, specifications, and measuring instrumentation.\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds.\nAbility to comply with all established methods, safety standards, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.\nU.S. Citizen.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Base Access.\nKBR Benefits\nKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
