Major Duties and Responsibilities Validate daily production output, product type, and quantities. Perform daily headcount validation and production reporting. Support production flow and provide break coverage as needed. Serve as MES Superuser; troubleshoot system issues and support users. Enter, confirm, and reconcile production data in MES and SAP. Track production orders, consumables, and material usage. Support shift NCMRs, including documentation and closure tracking. Validate BOMs, routings, barcodes, and build accuracy. Track chemical usage and update VOC data for EH&S reporting. Prepare and distribute routine operational reports. Basic Qualifications High School diploma 1+ year experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate data. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production setting. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
