Our clients affirm our position by sharing their stories of success in partnering with Deloitte and the Oracle practice.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nUnderstand client's business requirements and translate them into Oracle Learn solutions.\nConfigure and implement Oracle Learn modules according to the client's needs.\nProvide subject matter expertise on Oracle Learn to guide clients on best practices and industry standards.\nCoordinate with other Oracle consultants and teams to ensure seamless integration of the Learn module with other Oracle modules.\nParticipate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.\nConduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to help clients maximize their use of the Oracle Learn module.\nProvide implementation support and troubleshooting, as needed.\n\nRequirements:\n\n6+ years of experience as an Oracle Learn Consultant or similar role.\nExperience with Oracle Talent\nStrong understanding of Oracle Learn and other HCM modules.\nKnowledge of Oracle HCM implementation methodology.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.\nBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience\nMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel\nAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors.
