The result: smarter site selection and faster leases for brands expanding across the country.This is a fully remote role with occasional travel / in-person meeting support with priority for candidates residing in MA or AZ.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to our EVP, Brokerage. You’ll be the organizational engine behind a high-performing executive, managing deal flow, creating client deliverables, coordinating transactions, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn commercial real estate from the inside out. You’ll constantly look for ways to do tasks faster and better using AI tools, and you’ll help build the playbook for how our team works smarter.You’ll work cross-functionally with operations and technology teams, with exposure to all aspects of the business, making this a launchpad for a career in commercial real estate or operations.What You’ll DoAI-First Workflow & Process InnovationUse proprietary and publicly available AI tools daily to draft documents, accelerate research, and create client deliverablesProactively identify repetitive or manual processes and build AI-powered workflows to automate or streamline themContinuously experiment with new AI tools, techniques, and prompts, then document and share what works with the teamServe as a power user of LocateAI’s proprietary platformChampion an AI-first culture by helping teammates integrate AI into their own workflowsTransaction & Deal SupportPrepare deal documents including RFPs, Letters of Intent, lease abstracts, renewal letters, and client correspondenceAttend client calls and meetings to learn the business and provide real-time supportCoordinate flow of documentation between clients, landlords, and internal teams throughout the deal lifecycleManage and maintain CRM database to track the EVP’s prospects, clients, and deal pipelineCollect and process deal file paperwork; calculate commissions and submit closed transactions; support collections of commissionsClient Deliverables & ResearchCreate market surveys, tour books, competitive sets, and property analysis packagesPrepare polished presentations, pitches, and proposals for client meetingsGather market research using CoStar, LoopNet, and proprietary toolsCoordinate property tours and create tour logistics packages for clientsMarketing & BrandPrepare tour packages and client materials using established templatesCreate and update templated marketing collateral including property flyers, brochures, and email campaignsEnsure all materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in fonts, colors, logos, and visual standardsAdministrative OperationsLight meeting coordinationMaintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client and deal informationRequiredWhat You BringFlexibility and agility in a high-growth environment0 - 2 years of professional experience (internships, co-ops, or part-time roles count)Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI tools and a habit of using them to get work done faster (we’ll ask you about this in the interview)Strong written and verbal communication skills with sharp proofreading abilitiesExcellent organizational skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independentlySelf-starter mentality with a proactive, detail-oriented approachComfort working in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environmentProficiency with standard productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office); willingness to learn new platforms quicklyNice to HaveExposure to commercial real estate (coursework, internships, or personal interest)Familiarity with lease terminology and commercial real estate transaction basicsExperience with InDesign, Canva or similar (AI design tools encouraged)Background in project coordination or executive supportWhy This RoleLearn CRE from the inside: Get hands-on exposure to every stage of commercial real estate deals alongside a senior real estate executive + seasoned operations team.Build your AI toolkit: This isn’t a role where AI is an afterthought.
