The role includes supporting business processes requirements, managing change, leading projects, handling integrations, coordinating upgrades, evaluating solutions, and maintaining system health across SaaS and other applications in the Finance function. The primary customers include all internal global finance customers.\n\nEssential Responsibilities:\n\n1. Business Partnership & Requirements\n\nCollaborate with Business SMEs, BPOs to understand evolving needs.\nGather, analyze, and document new or changed requirements.\nSupport change management and enhance user experience.\nAssist business teams in navigating IT support channels.\nLead or participate in project work, including requirement analysis and documentation.\n\n2. Solution Evaluation & Project Leadership/Participation\n\nEvaluate software and solution options based on business needs.\nLead or participate in RFP processes.\nSupport implementation partner selection and vendor evaluations.\nManage IT components of assigned projects including planning, execution, and communication.\nDevelop and communicate support and operational processes.\n\n3. System Integrations\n\nCollaborate with IT Enterprise Architecture to identify secure and efficient integration methods.\nWork with IT delivery teams to design, build, test, and implement integrations.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for integration architecture and processes.\n\n4. Maintenance & Support\n\nMonitor overall system and environment health across supported platforms.\nEnsure systems and dependent technologies are kept current.\nRegularly review release notes, analyze technical changes, and coordinate with business stakeholders.\nHighlight system changes or impacts to Architecture, Security, and other IT teams.\nLead and support planning and execution of system upgrades as required.\nCommunicate IT‑planned changes and their potential impacts to business teams.\nTrack and manage key & certificate renewals.\nDevelop new and maintain current documentation for processes and support frameworks.\n\n5. Acquisition Support\n\nFacilitate early access to corporate financial systems for newly acquired entities.\nEnable data integration between acquired systems and Corporate Finance (FI) platforms.\nAssess and help rationalize redundant technologies post‑acquisition.\n\nTechnical/Functional Skills:\n\nProject management experience successfully leading many small to medium size projects\nKnowledge or hands on experience with multiple integration methods.\nExperience workings with SaaS applications and cloud-based systems.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nHigh sense of ownership and accountability.\nDetail oriented with strong problem-solving ability.\nAbility to document processes, requirements, and support materials effectively.\nDesire and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.\nExperience working with audit requirements and controls.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications or platforms.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or similar field\n6 years of experience in IT\n\nAll qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
