Working knowledge of shop floor systems (CVision, Oracle, Unit Tracker, Great Plains, Ghost)\r\nParticipate in daily stand-up meetings with Supervisor\r\nParticipate in internal and external customer or vendor meetings\r\nWork with Supervisor to reallocate resources (people/supplies/products etc.) as needed to meet customer goals\r\nWork with other departments as needed to ensure proper workflow is achieved\r\nPoint of contact for employees for handling escalation issues\r\nWork with Engineering to identify and resolve process issues\r\nAbility to collaborate with other departments with their area of responsibility\r\nTrack and maintain daily attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation purposes\r\nParticipate with the 6S Audit team on monthly 6S audits\r\nWork with supervisor to implement any changes or adjustments on production floor as a result from the audits\r\nForklift certified if needed for area of responsibility\r\nPerform on-the-job (OJT) refresher training and workstation assessment\r\nMonitor inventory levels (WIP Aging) for specific area of responsibility\r\nMonitor KPI and SLA performance levels and escalation any issues/concerns to supervisor when needed\r\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees\r\nMust be proficient and certified in the area that they are responsible for leading\r\nCompile and analyze data\r\nComplete daily reports\r\nTrain and coach associates as needed\r\nWhat are the requirements needed for this position? High school diploma or equivalent\r\nMinimum of 2 year of previous light manufacturing experience or 1 year of previous Inspector experience\r\nProficient in manual processing and receiving, consistently meeting UPH expectations\r\nStrong team player who will thrive in a fast-paced environment\r\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\r\nWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
