Job Family: General Project ManagementJob Profile Title: Senior Program Manager (Cloud Platform Development)How will you make an impact?Jabil is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional design and delivery of server, storage, and networking hardware solutions in a joint development model with key customers.The Senior Program Manager is responsible for running large complex programs, including contingency planning and issue resolution. This role ensures that all programs and projects follow standard procedures and governance used in the management and deployment of programs.The Senior Program Manager contributes to and demonstrates a solid understanding of program vision and roadmap, while maintaining awareness of cross-product/program synergies and actively communicating opportunities to simplify or better alignment of work across teams.What will you do?Oversee the direction of large complex programs, ensuring alignment with world-wide cross-functional delivery teamsManage global communications regarding release plans and deliveries, ensuring regular, active communication with customers, key stakeholders, and executivesRecognize Key Success Indicators and manage work within scope, quality, time, and cost constraintsIdentify program impediments and guide proper escalation as needed, planning and scheduling programs to deliver key milestones and manage interdependenciesDemonstrate a commitment to customer service by anticipating, meeting, and exceeding expectations, and prioritizing customer issuesCollaborate with Business Unit leaders to develop project and program resourcing strategies, ensuring optimal support for projects and daily operationsReview and monitor project health with functional leaders, establishing and implementing metrics to measure project performanceDrive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics managementEnsure compliance with company security policy procedures and maintain the quality of milestones and deliverables within program requirements.
