Mission Partner Program Integrator with Security Clearance

Overview Job Summary Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a strategic and proactive professional to serve as a Mission Partner Program Integrator supporting the Breakwater Program Office within the Department of the Air Force (DAF), Headquarters Program Acquisition Executive (PAE). This role offers the opportunity to support mission-critical Air Force programs within the DAF's newest PAE organization. The selected candidate will provide senior-level acquisition and program integration support to government leadership, assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of complex initiatives. Key responsibilities include supporting mission partner program assessments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition processes and mission objectives. The Mission Partner Program Integrator will also serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams, providing strategic insight and decision support in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. Key Responsibilities The Mission Partner Program Integrator will:Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in alignment with DoD acquisition frameworks and mission objectivesSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-year DoD acquisition programsIdentify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend and track mitigation strategies to support successful executionFacilitate and support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across acquisition, technical, operational, and financial stakeholdersPrepare and deliver program status updates, executive briefings, and decision-support materials for senior leadership and PEO/PAE stakeholdersEnsure program activities comply with applicable DoD and DAF policies, including cybersecurity and information assurance requirementsAlign program execution with evolving mission priorities and operational requirementsServe as the primary liaison between mission partners, government offices, contractors, and technical teams, managing coordination efforts, working groups, and stakeholder engagements Requirements Skills and Experience The Mission Partner Program Integrator & Program Manager must have:Active TS/SCI clearance required15+ years of experience in program or project management supporting Department of Defense acquisition programsStrong knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle, including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Defense Acquisition System (DAS) processesExperience supporting program planning and execution, including cost, schedule, performance, budgeting, and milestone managementProven experience in program performance tracking, risk management, schedule analysis, and executive reportingFamiliarity with acquisition strategies, contract types, and program execution within a Program Executive Office (PEO) or Program Acquisition Executive (PAE) environmentExperience supporting and coordinating Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across cross-functional organizationsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior DoD leadershipAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility, mission-critical environmentsExperience with program management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, or similar systems Education and Certifications The Mission Partner Program Integrator & Program Manager must meet the following: RequiredBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Program Management, or a related field PreferredMaster's degree in engineering or similar disciplineDAWIA Certification in Program Management or equivalent BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental LeaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidays Security Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is/may be required. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner, and that may include lifting up to thirty pounds, as necessary.
