BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading group operating a number of online gaming brands in .com markets, in their search for a Casino Manager. The position can is based in Cyprus. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise the casino game portfolio across multiple markets Oversee casino lobby arrangement, game positioning, and content visibility Plan and execute promotions, retention campaigns, and player engagement initiatives Monitor product performance, analyse KPIs, and identify growth opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers Coordinate and support new game launches and promotional activities Work closely with internal teams to improve player experience and commercial performance Requirements Proven experience in casino operations and casino lobby management Strong understanding of casino products, player behaviour, and retention mechanics Experience working with casino providers and managing game launches Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and KPIs Organised, proactive, and commercially focused approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-growing environment
