We have been proudly serving the Houston and surrounding areas, providing quality service and customized installation of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.Job Description:Develop detailed mechanical designs for HVAC equipment using AutoCAD Inventor. Select and place components to create a detailed 3D model to be cut fabricated and formed to provide a complete HVAC unit. Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design, route and size ductwork based on airflow provided airflow per room.Job Duties:Develop 3D model with detailed mechanical designs for HVAC equipmentCoordinate with and consult existing Designers to design, layout, and detail components and systems to resolve design or other problemsReview and incorporate redlineCompute mathematical formulas to develop and design, route and size ductwork based on airflow provided airflow per roomCreate Bill of Materials for each projectDraw details of ductwork and ductwork accessoriesConsult technical handbooks and tables while in design phaseCreate and store drawings electronically using VaultPrepare variations of designExplain concepts to manufacturers and customersQualifications Required:Minimum experience includes 3 years in EngineeringProficient in AutoCAD InventorUnderstand how HVAC equipment and components are assembledProficient in Microsoft OfficeRead architectural, mechanical, and have a good understanding of basic electrical and mechanical control systemsStrong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skillsSelect compressors, coils, fans, etc. for HVAC equipment a plusAvailable for travel less than 5%Benefits:Paid vacation and holidays401K & company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision planPrescription planLife insurance and disabilityTo learn more about us, please visit us on any of the following:FacebookTwitterLinkedInOur Website
