You will be expected to use Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable AI-assisted dev tools as the core driver of your daily workflow. Additionally, because our founder is a software developer, you will occasionally hop on live co-development and architectural alignment sessions over Google Meet.\nResponsibilities & What You Will Build\nTechnical SEO & Site Migrations: Rebuild outdated legacy sites (WordPress, Webflow, Concrete5) into production Next.js sites paired with headless CMSs (hosted on Vercel). Execute 301 redirect mappings, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals optimization, and deep JSON-LD Schema markup (Organization, Product, LegalService, FAQ, etc.).\nOrganic Growth & Content Strategy Integration: Translate keyword maps, UX patterns, and content structures into high-converting page designs that improve search rankings and user engagement.\nCustom MarTech & Web Apps: Build custom lead calculators, intake utilities, case evaluators, and interactive web tools backed by Supabase.\nAnalytics, Attribution & CRO: Configure GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) event tracking for lead steps, call tracking, and conversions.
