Materials may consist of purchased parts, in process parts, or finished goods.\nThis position is expected to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the needs of the Materials and production or other departments.\nTasks will vary by work area and work assignments will change based on business demands, routine Job rotations will be required to support the Safety, Quality and Productivity Objectives\nThe position is expected to perform the specified job duties within the allotted time, within the quality standards and prescribed methods.\nEssential Job Functions\nMoves goods and material within a production environment using a Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV)\nLoading, unloading, or moving goods and material from one location to another with a forklift or other PIV\nWorks on a PIV, operates warehouse computer software with moderate expertise.\nEducation, Experience & Skills\nHigh school diploma or General Equivalent Degree (GED) required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrevious warehouse experience is a plus\nAbility to obtain forklift certification\n6mon-1year forklift experience\nHigh school diploma\n18 years or older\nSafety training\nVehicle Training\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of internal company and external associates, both written and orally, including the telephone.
