Overseeing the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.\nOversee contractor execution of all contract requirements across program management, acquisition, contracts, installation/modernization, and cost estimation functional areas\nServe as primary interface the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Principal Assistant Program Managers, and Assistant Program Managers\nDirect efforts of all contractor staff assigned to the task order\nCoordinate monthly status reporting (CDRL A001) covering performance, schedule, financial status, and personnel staffing\nImplement cost saving and cost control initiatives throughout contract lifecycle\nWork on high-visibility and mission-critical aspects of the program\nPerform all functional duties independently while overseeing less senior staff\nResponsibilities:\nRequired Qualifications:\nMaster's Degree plus 10 years relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree plus 14 years relevant experience.\nDAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management or equivalent (e.g., PMP).\nProven experience managing DoD professional support services contracts of similar scope ($100M+)\nDirect experience with DoD acquisition processes including DoDD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, and SECNAVINST 5000.2 series\nExperience briefing Flag/SES/Senior level Government officials\nProficiency with Navy enterprise tools including NERP, IRAPS, and SharePoint\nExcellent oral and written skills.\nExcellent critical thinking skills.\nProficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to work independently and as a team member.\nAbility to learn and apply project management concepts to assigned duties.\nSecurity:\nMust be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position.
