Bring your best self to work, let's do something amazing.Flexible knowing and expecting that things change and that's what makes our business stronger.What you will do:Oversee annual budget process and quarterly forecasts.Assist with board materials and other investor related requests.Review monthly financial statements and produce variance reporting.Produce complex and comprehensive models and forecasts.Create weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting for the organization, ownership and investors; produce reporting that covers wide range of operational and financial data.Ensure accuracy and quality of presented data, analytical explanations, and conclusions.What you should have:Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, economics, accounting)5+ years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of financialOutstanding analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent writing / communication skills; ability to influence and communicate with various stakeholders.Ability to produce top quality deliverables, prioritizing under tight deadlines.Drive for continuous improvement and ability to change; a desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.Strong Excel, modeling skills required; data visualization / programming skills a plusWhat we offer:We know that if we take care of our team, everything else will fall into place.
