Locations: 1) Brooklyn, NY 112242) Bronx, NY 10457Job description:Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial contact through onboardingHandle high-volume hiring (15+ candidates per week)Source and engage candidates via walk-ins, phone, and interviewsConduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fitCoordinate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding processesMaintain accurate candidate records in Workday ATSPartner with hiring manager and onsite team to meet hiring goalsEnsure attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentExperience with high-volume recruiting (e.g., hourly workforce, retail, transportation, or similar)Experience recruiting drivers or similar roles is a plus
