Assist the Extrusion team where needed. This position requires a high level of experience and handling of a forklift.\r\nDuties/Responsibilities:Verify current silo mix\r\nRecognize differences in materials in use\r\nPull accurate material and fill appropriate ratio of materials into silos\r\nPlan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.\r\nSort Pallets (Good / Broken / Foreign) Move to storage after full\r\nSort used bags\r\nCheck Dryer tanks Temp, Fill levels, Flow, D.P. Readings\r\nClean Dust Tanks and Socks\r\nClean Tanks / Vacuum Pump areas\r\nCheck Regrind bags\r\nClean and organize various sized cardboard cores.\r\nAssist Extrusion Operators with machine shutdown/startup\r\nAssist with clean up of purge\r\nAssist with Roll Changes\r\nAssist with Screen Changes\r\nAdhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.\r\nPerforms other related duties, as assigned.\r\nRequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:\r\nExperience in a manufacturing environment\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
