Maintenance Worker

Maintenance WorkerProvides skilled preventative maintenance throughout the buildings. This position performs general painting duties in the maintenance of the physical facilities within the guidelines of supervisory instructions and accepted practices; performs maintenance duties in the physical facilities pertaining to carpentry, masonry, and cement finishing within the guidelines of accepted trade practices, supervisory instructions, and construction specifications. Reports to the Properties Maintenance Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Maintains glower beds, trees, and bushes. Performs general repair work and assists in other repair and maintenance jobs, such as painting, carpentry and plumbing. Repairs exteriors and interiors of the airport's facilities. Performs general painting duties in the maintenance of airport's physical facilities. Assists other maintenance and airport departments as needed. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level. Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED One (1) year of preventative maintenance experience usually associated with completion of apprenticeship/internship.
