You will receive comprehensive training, hands on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.\nWhat You will Do\nParticipate in structured training at one of our sales hubs.\nReceive ongoing mentorship and professional development.\nProvided in-depth product training.\nLearn full cycle outside sales skills.\nWork alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls.\nBuild relationships with new and existing customers.\nSolve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions\nWhat You will Need\nAssociate degree or technical training in a related field.\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).\nCoursework, training or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance (preferred).\nInternship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).\nMechanical interest and aptitude.\nAbility to start in Summer or Fall 2025.\nWillingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement at completion of program.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing, friendly, approachable and build relationships with peers and potential customers.\nCompetitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation package\nRelocation assistance (if applicable)\nMedical, dental, vision insurance + 401(k)\nPaid vacation and holidays\nTuition reimbursement and ongoing training\nWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
