Every day brings something different—from installing truck accessories to applying protective coatings and upgrading vehicles to meet each customer's needs.\nBenefits:\nHealth, Medical and Dental\n401K Plan\nPaid time off and vacation\nGrowth opportunities\nEmployee vehicle purchase plans\nFamily owned and operated\nLong term job security\nFlexible Work Schedule\nResponsibilities:\nInstall OEM and aftermarket vehicle accessories with precision and attention to detail\nLearn and perform spray-in bed liner applications and undercoating services\nInstall running boards, brush guards, grille guards, trailer hitches, tonneau covers, truck toppers, mud flaps, and other bolt-on accessories\nInstall lighting upgrades, wheels, interior accessories, and other appearance or performance enhancements\nPerform basic wiring and light electrical installations for accessory equipment when required\nRead installation instructions and follow manufacturer specifications to ensure proper fit and function\nInspect completed installations to verify quality, safety, and customer satisfaction\nTroubleshoot and resolve installation issues while maintaining high workmanship standards\nMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition\nCommunicate effectively with management regarding job status, materials needed, and any installation concerns\nAssist with light vehicle maintenance or other shop duties as workload requires\nFollow all company safety procedures and environmental regulations\nQualifications:\nPrevious automotive accessory installation experience preferred but not required\nStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to work confidently with hand and power tools\nWillingness to learn spray-in bed liners, undercoating, and a wide variety of aftermarket accessory installations\nExperience with truck accessories, trailer hitches, lighting, or basic automotive electrical work is a plus\nAbility to follow detailed installation instructions and manufacturer guidelines\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work\nPositive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques\nDependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team\nBasic computer skills and ability to learn new technology\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
