You will have the opportunity to lead and work across multiple layers of the technology stack, from developing customer-centric user experiences to building robust and scalable backend processes and leveraging large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologies. Contribute to product direction and feature prioritization.Full Stack Development: Work across the technology stack, from frontend to backend, to deliver end-to-end solutions. Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.Applied AI and Data Intelligence: Develop and productionize AI-driven capabilities that solve real customer problems, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability at high volumes.Customer Focus and Collaboration: Understand customer needs and pain points, translating them into effective technical solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer support, to define project requirements and deliverables.Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues. Advocate for and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve our development workflow.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack developmentEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in React, Typescript and NodejsProblem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.Agility: Experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Nice-to-havesExperience with large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologiesPrior experience in a startup or fast-paced work environmentStrong understanding of backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database technologies.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).CompensationAs an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits.
