Provide consultations to business partners to identify training needs and priorities, prescribe appropriate training materials and improve learning outcomes. Resolutions may require use of creativity and independent judgement. May coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nFacilitate virtual and in-person instructor led classes and specialty training assignments (i.e. operation certifications, technical training, etc.)\nIdentify learning needs, prescribe, and deliver education and training plans.\nEvaluate the effectiveness of education solutions as measured by operational tools and reports 4.
